Sukkot: A Jewish Year in Ice Cream Sundaes

For those unaware, Sukkot is a Jewish holiday that spans  seven days to celebrate the fall harvest and remember the dwellings constructed by Israelites as they traversed the desert. In collaboration with Mikdash, Morgan St Theater kicks-off a pop-up series following the Jewish calendar. The first of 6 events, Morgan St Theater will utilize the themes of Sukkot in a unique dessert experience. To begin, this pop-up will be hosted beneath a Sukkah in the backyard of a private home. The flavors are drawn by the changing of season, and stories sparked by the notion of transience, of wandering, of homelessness. Equal parts thoughtful, delicious and engaging, Morgan St Theater is excited to host another unique dessert pop-up paired with storytelling and interesting Portlanders!

This pop-up will take place at a private home in North Portland. Upon reserving your seat, location and payment details will be provided.
