Our ice cream is made from scratch using local grass-fed milk and cream, as well as pastured chicken eggs. Our traditional custard-style ice cream has a high butterfat-content, that is flavor-forward and not overly sweet.
You can find Our high-quality ice cream at our dessert theatre pop-ups, Feb-August; and from Spring through Fall at our ice cream tricycle, the Pedal Parlor. Visit us and find flavors inspired by childhood memories and what's in season, and always made with love. We do not use corn syrup, plant-based stabilizers or chemical emulsifiers. All of our flavors are gluten-free, and vegan options are available upon request.
